Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions: if the project has not been started, if there is a failure to deliver agreed services, or if a cancellation request is made within a valid time frame.
Non-Refundable Services
Once work has started or initial concepts/deliverables have been shared, the payment becomes non-refundable. Custom development services, completed milestones, and digital deliverables are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation before the project begins for a full or partial refund. Once the project is in progress, cancellation requests may not be eligible for refunds.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted based on the amount of work completed. Any applicable deductions will be clearly communicated.
No Returns for Digital Services
As our services are digital and non-tangible, we do not accept returns once the service has been delivered or accessed.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
